CK1104VI CNC Slitting Automatic Lathe
The machine is CNC slitting automatic lathe, specialized in precision machining of small parts. Adopt double channel NUMERICAL control system, eight axis and four linkage.
The machine tool uses rod material for the automatic cycle processing of continuous upper and lower material, which can complete the circle outside the car, front drilling, front tapping, front tapping, front boring, car thread, cutting groove, horizontal drilling, milling side, milling groove, radial tapping, cutting, back turning, back drilling, back boring, back tapping and other processes.
Spindle and secondary spindle are using FANUC built-in spindle motor, compact structure, high spindle speed, stable operation, low vibration, small noise, can make the processed parts to achieve a good surface roughness.
The machine tool can be configured with special features such as rolling tooth accessories, which can realize the primary forming processing of small analog gear.
The machine is equipped with feeding machine interface. After connecting with the feeding machine, it can realize automatic feeding of multi-bar materials.

The machine tool uses bar materials for automatic cycle processing of continuous loading and unloading, and can complete cylindrical turning, front side, front tapping, front boring, thread turning, grooving, transverse, square milling, slot milling, radial tapping, Cutting, turning back, back side, boring back side, back tapping and other operations.
Machine tool features
Both rotation and auxiliary rotation adopt FANUC built-in rotating motor, which has compact structure, high rotation speed, stable operation, low vibration and noise, and the processed parts can achieve good surface roughness.
The machine tool can be equipped with special accessories such as gear hobbing, which can achieve one-time forming processing of small module gears.
The machine tool is equipped with a feeder interface. After being connected to the feeder, it can realize automatic feeding of multiple bars.
